Mode App Partners with Young Lives vs Cancer

Mode, an all in one next generation wallet app for Bitcoin and cash, has announced a partnership with the Young Lives vs Cancer (YLvC) which will enable instant donations to be made to the charity.

A new feature has been added which will enable Mode users to donate to the charity instantly using the app’s QR code payments feature.

Not only is the donation sent instantly to the charity, but the transaction fees are more than 5x cheaper than those that are often charged to charities when donations are made by card.

As an added bonus, Mode is waiving the fees to YLvC altogether for the next six months meaning the charity will receive every penny of any donations made.

YLvC helps children and young people aged 0-25, and their families, who are facing cancer and the many challenges it brings with it.

Mode is a London Stock Exchange-listed company that is rolling out a range of financial products alongside its Bitcoin trading facility.

At present, the UK-based app allows people to buy, sell and store Bitcoin while also earning crypto cashback rewards when users spend with partner brands.

Sign-up is super simple, and the app has been designed for crypto beginners in mind.

You’ll have to pass KYC and ID verification which is becoming standard now on all mainstream apps as regulators turn their attention to the burgeoning cryptosphere.

However, once set up you’ll be able to buy your first Bitcoin in no time at all.

Although not the cheapest Bitcoin buying app out there, it’s ideally suited for those who want a safe, mainstream environment to dip their toes into the world of crypto.
