Orders Digital – also known as SHOPF – is a fake ‘work’ platform that claims to be connected to Amazon.

To make it clear, Orders Digital has no link with the online retail giant and is only using the name to try to convince victims that it’s a legitimate platform.

Users are approached online and told they can earn money from home by completing simple review tasks where they give star ratings to products or cut and paste reviews.


They’re given free credits to start with to allow them to ‘work’, but after these run out, they need to buy more to continue ‘earning’.

At the start, some Orders Digital users have said they’ve been able to withdraw small sums, but this is all part of the scam and designed to build confidence and get the user to deposit larger amounts.

Once they’ve deposited a certain amount, victims have found their accounts blocked, and they are no longer able to access their funds.

The scam is similar to another crypto scam where websites have been set up to imitate TripAdvisor connected platforms, again with the promise of payouts for completing set tasks.

How to tell Orders Digital is a scam platform

Fake work sites like this are unfortunately prevalent at the moment, but often it’s easy to spot that they’re a scam and it’s no different with Orders Digital.

Here are a few things that give it away:

  • Very rudimentary design with no company information or other pages which legitimate firms would have.
  • A Domain Authority rating of 1 meaning the site has no inbound links and very little traffic.
  • The classic lock-out technique used by scammers once they’ve convinced people to deposit.
  • A relatively new domain name and the registrant’s details have been hidden.
  • No links to official apps or any presence on social media channels.
  • Numerous reports from users saying they’ve been scammed by this platform after being convinced to deposit larger sums.

Can I get my money back from Orders Digital?

It’s important to report scams to the authorities in case they do manage to track down the culprits, but you need to manage your expectations about getting your money back.
