ZPM Coin Scam Crypto Trading App: Avoid This Fake Platform
ZPM Coin is a fake crypto trading platform used by scammers to lure victims with the promise of large profits.
Victims are approached through WhatsApp and Telegram before being urged to deposit crypto into a fake trading account with the promise of huge profits.
However, when the victims try to withdraw their funds they’re told they need to pay a ‘commission’ or ‘release fee’ before they can get their cash.
Of course, none of it is true. The profits aren’t real, and the additional fees are designed to scam more money out of the victims.

How are people caught up in the ZPM crypto scam?
Victims are contacted by people who either initially pretend the message is a mistake, or say they’re keen to start a friendship.
Soon the new ‘friends’ turn the conversation to crypto investing and claim they’re making huge profits through platforms such as ZPM.
They encourage the victim to invest, often showing screenshots of the money they’ve made. Of course, these are fake and simply part of the scam.
How to tell ZPM is a fake crypto trading platform
There are many things that give this site away, including:
- The poor, low-quality design.
- The domain is only a few months old, yet the company claims to have been trading since 2019.
- The profits that are promised are unrealistically high.
- The copyright message in the website footer reads ‘2019-2030’.
- There’s nothing written about this page online, apart from scam warnings.
- It states it’s ‘The world’s leading digital asset trading platform’ – a similar claim found on many scam sites.
- There is no information about the company or the team.
- There are no links to social platforms anywhere on the site.
- General links simply lead to an option to sign up to the platform.

There’s very little you can do to get your cash or crypto back from the ZPM scammers.
Realising you’ve been conned can be an emotional roller coaster but the best thing to do is cut your losses along with all contact with the scammers and move on.
How can I avoid being caught out by a crypto scam?
Carrying out thorough due diligence before engaging with any company is essential, and crypto investing is no different.
The internet is your friend and will quickly reveal if a site is legitimate or not.
If you can’t find any information about a platform, don’t go near it as this is another sure sign it’s a scam.
Don’t part with your cash until you’re absolutely sure a platform is genuine, no matter what you’re being promised.
