Polarbtc Scam Crypto Trading Website: Avoid This Fake Platform

Polarbtc claims to be a crypto, Forex and CFD trading platform but there are many reports online that suggest this is a scam site.
On first inspection it seems legit, but when you scratch beneath the surface the tell-tale signs of a scam begin to appear.
There are various problems with this site:
- The company address given is an anonymous PO Box number in the UK.
- Numerous reports online of people being scammed by this site.
- The domain name was registered relatively recently, despite the company claiming to have been around for years.
- Passages of text on various pages that are poorly written and grammatically incorrect – very suspicious for a legitimate company supposedly based in the UK.
- No social media presence or downloadable apps – absolute red flags.
- The company claims to be certified by the ‘Crypto Conduct Authority’, which in itself looks like a fake site, probably set up by the scammers, which carries no financial authority in the UK.
Is Polarbtc a scam or legit?
Polarbtc appears to be a scam site which is designed to con unsuspecting investors out of their cash and crypto.
You should avoid signing up to this site or investing any money as it’s highly likely that you’ll lose it.
There are private companies that might be able to help if you’ve been scammed which I’ve written about here.
